Costco makes really yummy baby quiches (Keeshes?). Seriously delicious. You can probably get them anywhere. They're frozen - and they bake up real fast and really easy. Just little bite-sized things. They don't sound great - but they're really good!

Take fruit. It was always my favorite dish at MOPS. The other was this french toast casserole thing. I think it was like regular french toast but layered into a casserole dish and then baked. Served with whipped cream, powdered sugar, and syrup. It was yummy!

Make green chili eggs with sharp white cheddar served inside flour tortillas.

stop by mcdonalds on the way and pick a few sausage biscuts with egg and cheese meals. you'll be the most popular mom at mops. :) at least in my book ;)

Think simple foods...you don't want to lose your mind over this one. (or take your morning stress out on your kids--Mops is famous for that one!) How boy cooking up a bunch of turkey bacon? Then cut potatoes up into cubes, toss them with some oil, sprinkle with salt and roast them in the oven till brown and crispy. You can even bake the turkey bacon like the potatoes. Basically stick it in the oven and forget it--no slaving away over the stove.

Those little quiches are pretty good too--always a good idea.

Baby quiches are always a hit in my experience. Also? A fun, light salad is cut up strawberries, baby spinach leaves (or romaine) and Kraft poppyseed salad dressing. It's really sweet. The hardest part is cutting up the berries. It's one of the only salads Trent will eat. Good luck! And you have to tell us what you end up making.
